Growing up immersed in rich culinary traditions, they developed a deep appreciation for homestyle cooking and the joy it brings. With over 10 years of experience in the food industry in India, Vara honed his skills in creating authentic, flavour-packed dishes. Cooking in their kitchen for family and friends in London, they realized that authentic Andhra cuisine — with its signature spices, hearty curries, and vibrant flavours — was largely missing in the city. This inspired them to bring the taste of home to a wider audience, sharing South Indian food with Londoners for the first time.
